How to secure print on a Xerox Copier (NorCal printers)

From the Applications Print Dialog Box:

  1. Select Properties or Printer Properties.
  2. Select the Print Settings button.
  3. Select the Printing Options tab.
  4. Select the Job Type dropdown and select Secure Print. A Secure Print dialog box will appear.
  5. Enter a 4-10 digit Passcode for Secure Print into the Passcode field.
  6. Select OK.
  7. Select OK to return to the Applications print dialog.

To Release the Secure Print Job from the Printer Touch Screen:

  1. Select the Home button to return to the Home screen.
  2. Select the Jobs icon.
  3. Select Personal & Secure Jobs.
  4. Select the required  User ID.
  5. Enter the previously selected 4-10 digit passcode.
  6. Select OK.
  7. Select the Job to print or select Print All to print all available jobs.
